Continued studies and reading in change-management, agency, leadership, quotient, methods, techniques, assessments, appraisals, etc., etc have taken me to the beginning of the path and that is compassion, self compassion.
Judgment and criticism consume too much of my energy these days and the ROI is dismal. So I thought there might be another way. I have left the project of building self esteem for the open road of self compassion. How to be your own best friend is what I have come to recognize it as. And it feels good when you act compassionately towards yourself.
Change and impermanence is all about us so why not prepare for it instead of react and run away from it.
