Everyday Invalidations Compassion, Change And Grief

This is about saving yourself.  There is a song from Stabbing Westward called Save Yourself.  How can I save you when I can’t even save myself.

In my change research and study and writing I have stumbled upon self compassion to save myself from the suffering of imperfection.

Start with sitting in suffering and knowing that you are and the way to manage is to love yourself more and more with each breath and to deeply know that your breath is the only friend you have.  It was there when you arrived and will be there when you die.  It will be one of the last things you do before you die, take your last breath.
