ADKAR by ProSci is a popular change model founded by engineers from Bell Labs.
A is for Awareness
D is for Desire
K is for knowledge
A is for Ability
R is for Result
This seems to be associated with Project management and I am curious about how well it works with micro change events at the individual level. After all it states in Chapter 1 page 1 that ADKAR is a framework to facilitate change at an individual level. Oh, okay let’s see how we can apply this to common change events in personal lives and see what happens.
