Everyday Invalidations Awareness Of The Truth

Since last Friday I have started to practice Vipassana again starting at the very beginning with breathing in and out through the nose for at first 5 then 7 then 9 and now 12 minutes as of this writing.  I am not trying to do a full hour right now.  I want to be consistent and competent that is all.


The truth is my breath it is the only truth there is and it is the gateway to calmness and acceptance.
