Everyday Invalidations Have A Coffee Or A Friendly Beverage Today

Take some time and feed yourself first today.  Relax and pray or write or read a book or contemplate or meditate or something with a friendly beverage.  I know that coffee is not that healthy for you so have something that is if you want.  Oh and remember at lunch to take a walk go outside run, skip or jump if you want.  Leave the world of confinement and think think think use your imagination and be free for a moment.
