Everyday Invalidations Trauma As A Change Agent Part 2

I will write about the small amount of what I know about trauma at a later time my focus here is to how whatever happens can be viewed within the model of change agency.  I will admit that it has taken me since 1976 to come to this epiphany however I do think there are those out there much more emotionally literate than I who can make the change quicker.

Also please note that as I write this is not meant to be self help or pop psychology to sell a book or other consumed services.  It is simply a means of exploratory catharsis and creation for me.  Trauma has many meanings to people so I do not want to invalidate any one person’s experience by dictating what trauma is or is not.
