Change and conflict are all about us with every breath we take it seems. A change agent asks the following questions of a change event:
- Who owns the change?
- Who is selling the change?
- Who is buying the change?
The change agent will also take an objective view of the current reality before the change event or comprehend the undesirable effects of the current system. The change agent will ask where to and why? What is the end goal or future state with benefits?
The change agent is also wary not to take any hostages especially themselves. When disruption hits remember there is choice, think like a change agent. Because in the end aren’t we all trying to influence change?
