Today is March 8 2017 Day 1 of the Change Event or career disruption. I sat at a table this morning at 7:50am wondering how I can do this change different now that I have greater insight into change and emotional hostage taking. How can I think different about this? Yes it is a physical project and a change event that needs facilitation and management. In fact it is both. I can use the framework to support and guide me through. I can use PMBOK and choose a CM framework as well.
I can be smart about this change and leverage the advantage of disruption. My change in paradigm and emotional state is the happiness you smell. Choice can smell bad or good.
