Not everything always goes wrong in change events or initiatives. Often it goes very right for many reasons.
This takes me back to 3 questions that relate to Change Agency:
- Who owns the change?
- Who is selling the change?
- Who is buying the change?
The above questions need some thought and contemplation before rushing to answer and hoping for the best.
What is or was the catalyst for change? What is the motivator or the collection of suffering symptoms that have pushed you to the edge and back? What is the laundry list of undesirable effects that continue to plague the system? Take time and draw or list or sing or map or do what you need to do to get them out of your head and recorded somewhere to take the action of thought and analysis.
