There are times when during a change initiative we fail or a loss happens that we did not plan for or we chose to overlook. How do we feel then? Guilt, shame, anger? I would suggest love and compassion always remembering to feed yourself first. Okay a loss or a set back did happen and it may have been due to an oversight or a denial or an invalidation that it cannot happen to me. Pick up and get back in the race. We all have loss and setbacks it is part of the change journey. If we were all perfect and did not make mistakes how could we learn or develop?
Be loving and gentle and have a laugh. Success will greet you on the path when you least expect it.
