Everyday Invalidations You Are First

This is nothing new however it is forgotten quite a bit.  Feed yourself first.  Love, empathize and have compassion for yourself first.  As I am not a big supporter of resolutions for change at the end of the year I don’t write about the empty mush that others do.  Change can be initiated at any time.  It may take some planing and it can be done, step by tiny step.  Love and validate yourself first, the rest will flow to others as the change takes hold into habit and mind set.  Instead of happy new year try a happy now!
