A long time ago I was told by a direct supervisor who okay as a supervisor/manager that “you say what others are thinking.” that can play to your advantage or detriment depending on who you are talking to.
My motive here is to create a movement of awareness and then support. Of what? The pervasive phenomenon of invalidation at work. I feel that business efforts are thwarted by invalidation and friction that is not processed or debriefed and left to fester and swell.
