Everyday Invalidations Being Vulnerable

Today is day 30/30 of a change initiative I under took this past month of get my impulse food spending under control, loss weight, get some needed structured exercise so I can be a fit and fun dad for my almost 3 year old daughter.  Who wants to play with fat, flabby, frumpy out of breath dad? He is a burden to play with.  Can’t make it up the stairs without going red in the face and can’t play he gets too tired too fast.

Anyhow, I am down 5 lbs and have lost 3 inches of my bloated and inflamed belly and there is much more to come. One more thing the impulse food buys have ceased to take place for 30 days.  Hard yes and no.   The mind set is shifting.
