Everyday Invalidations Story

Most people have story that requires validation, acceptance and care.  Why you ask?  Most of the time they are giving you an intimate piece of their existence, thoughts, ideas and words.  There is an unspoken expectation that the receiver of this gift will treat it with precious care and be mindful of its contents and meaning.  Often it does not work out this way and we manufacture drama or a form of emotional chaos or crisis.  So here is another idea provide an instruction as to what you want from others when they receive the story.

Being heard is a warm fuzzy and helps all of us feed and love ourselves.
