Everyday Invalidations More On Suffering In The Workplace

This is not about physical injury nor harassment although those are terrible events to live with at work.  This is something a bit more pervasive I think.  The social emotional suffering of the management that supervises the masses.  The poor decision making and the anxiety that accompanies making a decision or not.  The babbling and bumbling manager who demonstrates actually oozes ambivalence when a decision is to me made.

I will not sugar coat this with lack of vision statements nor corporate mission and papers hung in glass containers on the walls of the company head quarters.  No it is far more serious than that.  There is fear to make a decision and take the consequences that go along with it.  That is the leadership problem today and that is an emotional one not an intellectual one.
