Everyday Invalidations What I Learned From HubSpot

I have a monthly subscription or I should say my work does the HubSpot Sales Professional CRM.  I am a fan. Why you ask?  Hubspot taught me about validating the clients context.  It taught me to step back and mirror and validate and ask questions about another in service of their POV, their environment, thoughts, feelings and context.  HubSpot taught me about context and I am continuing to learn.  HubSpot validates, accepts, acknowledges a clients context.
