The early AM conditioning seems to work for the past few days. I am installing the current stages of recovery after EMB.

2.Protein not too much
3.LO GI carb + veggies
that seems to be enough right now for the 15.
I don’t think I will make my dec 15 2011 target of 163lbs. I may be at 170 not 163.
