At lunch today I made a change. I had a garden salad with a side of balsamic vinegar and oil for dressing as well as ordering grilled chicken breast as my protein. Hmm, not bad than my usual fare of pizza, or pasta with a dessert. Not very good to loose weight and/or get lean. I followed up with a mid afternoon whey drink and more water. 14.9 % body fat is with in reach.
